King Faisal Air College is a military college for aviation education and training located in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom, and its mission is to provide the Saudi Air Force with pilot officers and technicians. It was founded on Shawwal 10, 1387, corresponding to January 10, 1968, by Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense and Aviation at the time, and the official opening took place on May 20, 1970, under the patronage of the late King Faisal bin Abdulaziz.
