Riyadh Cement signed a contract for the execution of an 11/33 kV electrical substation with Chengdu Design & Research Institute, as part of the project to connect electrical service to the company’s plants in Al-Muzahimiyah, at a total cost of SAR 85 million. The project falls under the Liquid Fuel Displacement Program supported by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources.

The implementation of the project is expected to enhance energy efficiency, improve operational reliability, and support environmental sustainability.

The signing ceremony was attended by Chairman of the Board Mr. Salah Al-Rashed, Chief Executive Officer Eng. Shoeil bin Jarallah Al-Ayed, General Manager of the executing company Mr. Ma Yabing, along with several department heads from both companies.
