Saudi Electronics Institute in Diriyah Welcomes Riyadh Cement

As part of Riyadh Cement’s commitment to developing national talents capable of keeping pace with industrial transformation, Eng. Shoeil bin Jarallah Al-Ayed, Chief Executive Officer of Riyadh Cement, visited the Saudi Electronics Institute in Diriyah to review the “Himmah 4” program, which includes 70 trainees who have completed the initial phase of their training.

The visit comes as an extension of the success achieved by the previous “Himmah” programs (1, 2, and 3), which resulted in the graduation of several trainees who have since joined the industrial labor market after completing their on-the-job training at the company’s plants.

During the visit, Eng. Al-Ayed emphasized the importance of advancing technical skills and deepening knowledge in artificial intelligence technologies, considering them a cornerstone for the next generation of industrial professionals. He also highlighted the alignment of these efforts with the company’s strategic direction following its participation in the “Manarat” program, launched by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources.
