This morning, the Chief Executive Officer of Riyadh Cement, Eng. Shoeil bin Jarallah Al-Ayed, held a meeting with the company’s department heads at the company’s plant in Al-Muzahmiyah. The meeting took place as part of the monthly gathering dedicated to reviewing and evaluating overall performance.

During the session, key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department were reviewed and compared against predefined targets. The discussion also included new initiatives and available resources.

This meeting serves as a platform for direct communication between the CEO and department heads, providing guidance, and strengthening coordination and integration across business units—contributing to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
