Riyadh Cement Launches the Assessment Phase of “Himmah 4” to Qualify National Talents

This week, assessments for the “Himmah 4” program were launched at the Saudi Electronics Institute in Diriyah, with the participation of 70 trainees who have completed their preparatory journey as part of one of the training tracks implemented by Riyadh Cement. This initiative reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to developing national talents and preparing them for the labor market.

This phase marks the culmination of a series of qualification programs undertaken by the trainees, aimed at refining their technical skills and preparing them to enter professional pathways within the industrial sector. The program is designed based on an advanced training methodology that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, with a strong focus on aligning outcomes with actual labor market needs.

This training effort is part of the company’s broader strategy to empower national competencies, stemming from its responsibility to nurture human capital and support Saudi Vision 2030—especially in qualifying Saudi youth and enhancing their readiness for specialized labor markets.

“Himmah” is a forward-looking training model launched by Riyadh Cement, aiming to build a pool of technically qualified national talents capable of keeping pace with rapid industrial transformations and contributing to the competitiveness of the local market.

Through such high-impact initiatives, Riyadh Cement continues to demonstrate its genuine commitment to developing the national work environment, investing in Saudi human potential, and reinforcing its role as a key partner in supporting industrial sustainability and comprehensive economic development.
