Field Visit to Enhance Efficiency and Review the 7S Model

As part of Riyadh Cement’s ongoing commitment to regular field follow-ups and performance enhancement, the company’s monthly meeting was held this morning at its plant in Al-Muzahimiyah, in the presence of the Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Shoeil bin Jarallah Al-Ayed, along with several department heads.

The visit began with a tour of the plant’s external yard, during which the CEO was briefed on key development works related to environmental sustainability and the initiatives being implemented in this area, reflecting the company’s dedication to fostering sustainable practices within the work environment.

Following this, the visit continued with an on-site tour of the electrical maintenance workshop, where the team observed the application of the (7S) model and reviewed recent technical updates across the workshop facilities, including the motor rewinding unit, the instrumentation lab, and the storage and inspection areas.

A demonstration of the mini (7S) model and its implementation method was also presented, highlighting its positive impact on operational efficiency, improved productivity levels, and waste reduction.

At the conclusion of the tour, group photos were taken at the workshop with all employees in recognition of their efforts and contributions to enhancing the work environment and improving overall performance.
