In a strategic step toward an environmentally conscious industrial future, Riyadh Cement has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rassas, the National Lead Smelting Company, to activate circular economy initiatives and reinforce our pioneering role in adopting smart environmental practices in support of Saudi Vision 2030.

The MoU signing ceremony was held in the presence of Eng. Ahmed Al-Buq’awi, Deputy CEO of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. The agreement was signed by Eng. Shoeil Bin Jarallah Al-Ayed, Board Member and CEO of Riyadh Cement, and Eng. Abdulrahman Al-Zahrani, Director of the National Lead Smelting Company.

This agreement with Rassas is a tangible reflection of Riyadh Cement’s vision to achieve industrial integration with high-value partners, contributing to resource efficiency and advancing the goals of the circular economy.
