Riyadh Cement Company has signed a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Institute for Electronics and Home Appliances, aimed at training and qualifying candidates to work in the company’s factories according to the highest technical and professional standards.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Eng. Shoeil bin Jarallah Al-Ayed, Board Member and CEO, and Dr. Salman Al-Hasani, representing the Institute. This step reflects the commitment of both parties to strengthening strategic partnerships between the industrial sector and educational and training institutions.
The agreement aims to develop specialized training programs that align with the needs of the industrial labor market and help provide the company with national talents trained in the latest technologies in operation and maintenance within the cement industry.
Eng. Shoeil bin Jarallah Al-Ayed emphasized that this agreement is an extension of a series of fruitful partnerships with the Saudi Institute of Electronics, all of which aim to support and empower national competencies to effectively enter the industrial workforce.
He added that the company places great importance on investing in human capital, viewing it as a fundamental pillar for achieving the sustainability of the industrial sector. Empowering national talents remains a top priority for Riyadh Cement, in line with Saudization goals and Saudi Vision 2030.
