His Excellency Eng. Shoeil bin Jarallah Al-Ayed, Board Member and CEO, held the monthly executive management meeting at the company’s factories in Al-Muzahimiyah, attended by the Factory Director and all department managers.

The meeting commenced with a field tour, reviewing the latest updates on the quarry development plan, which aims to enhance extraction efficiency and ensure resource sustainability. The tour also included monitoring the circular economy system applied in the maintenance of heavy and automated equipment, contributing to waste reduction and operational efficiency by improving equipment life cycles and promoting reliance on sustainable maintenance solutions.

Additionally, the tour addressed operational challenges and explored ways to enhance performance in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

The meeting concluded with the CEO joining the company’s employees for an Iftar meal during the holy month of Ramadan, reinforcing the values of brotherhood, communication, and workplace community spirit.
