As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and ensure the highest quality standards, Eng. Shoeil bin Jarallah Al-Ayed, Member of the Board and CEO, conducted an inspection visit to the company’s plants in Al-Muzahimiyah, accompanied by department managers.

This visit is part of a series of monthly tours aimed at assessing operational performance on-site, addressing challenges, and discussing developmental solutions to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.

The visit began with an inspection of the raw material mills, where the stages of implementing the S7 system were reviewed. This system is designed to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety standards. The CEO praised the progress made in implementing the system, emphasizing the importance of improving operational readiness to achieve industrial excellence.

The visit also included a review of the factory’s quarry development activities, during which the CEO listened to a detailed presentation by the factory manager on new development mechanisms and the application of the latest practices in quarry management, aligning with modern trends in the industrial sector.

The tour concluded with a comprehensive meeting with department managers, where the overall performance of the plants during the past period was reviewed, and key operational challenges were highlighted and discussed.

At the end of the meeting, Eng. Shoeil bin Jarallah Al-Ayed expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the teams in implementing developmental plans and achieving operational excellence.
