Eng. Shoeil Bin Jarallah Al-Ayed, Member of the Board and CEO, chaired the company’s monthly meeting with department managers on Tuesday morning at Riyadh Cement’s plant in Al-Muzahimiyah. The meeting aimed to review operational progress, updates on ongoing projects, and efforts to achieve the company’s strategic goals.

The meeting commenced with a field tour of the operational and production facilities. The tour included visits to the central control room of the power plant, where the team reviewed operational management mechanisms to ensure efficiency and sustainability. Technical measures for performance monitoring and safe operational control were also demonstrated. Additionally, the tour covered the medium-voltage breaker station, highlighting the electrical protection systems that enhance operational reliability and reduce risks.

The tour showcased initiatives to repurpose idle equipment into efficient operational tools, alongside an inspection of the plant’s power generation station. The CEO reviewed electricity distribution plans and fuel optimization strategies aimed at reducing costs while ensuring safe consumption.

The visit extended to the main transformer hall, housing 12 generators critical to the plant’s electrical network. Mechanisms for secure fuel storage and uninterrupted supply to the generators were presented to ensure smooth operations.

A stop at the specialized generator maintenance workshop highlighted efforts to improve maintenance efficiency and reuse spare parts effectively, contributing to operational performance and waste reduction.

The tour concluded with an inspection of ongoing projects designed to enhance the company’s production capacity. The CEO emphasized the importance of adhering to quality standards and project timelines, underscoring that compliance with these standards is fundamental to achieving further milestones and sustainable growth.

Following the field tour, a formal meeting was held to discuss project updates and progress toward the company’s strategic objectives. The meeting concluded with the CEO extending his gratitude to the teams for their efforts and stressing the importance of continuous operational development and the adoption of innovative solutions to achieve the company’s vision for operational efficiency and sustainability.
