In line with the company’s commitment to enhancing social responsibility programs towards its employees, we are pleased to announce the launch of the organizational program for Umrah trips and visits to the Prophet’s Mosque for a number of our employees from various departments. This initiative provides an opportunity to get closer to God, positively reflecting on morale and job performance.

His Excellency, the Board Member and CEO, Eng. Shaeel Al-Ayed, explained that the initiative aims to strengthen social bonds among employees and appreciate their valuable efforts and contributions. He emphasized that such initiatives help motivate employees, increase their productivity, and promote positive behavior.

He also pointed out that the Umrah trip is one of the community initiatives that reflect the company’s commitment to providing a motivating and sustainable work environment, contributing to the performance of their duties at the highest levels of efficiency and performance.

The company’s employees expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the management for adopting the initiative and giving them the opportunity to participate in performing Umrah rituals.

It is worth mentioning that this initiative will be implemented on a monthly basis, with the first trip starting on August 29th. The company will cover all the necessary services for the participants, bearing the full cost of the program, hoping that this will contribute to the employees’ psychological and spiritual well-being.
