The program aims to hone the skills of new graduates and provide them with the knowledge and experience necessary to become professional engineers in the cement industry, contributing to the development of national cadres and enhancing the sector’s competitiveness. His Excellency, the CEO and board member of Riyadh Cement Company, affirmed that the launch of this program is a pivotal step within the framework of the ministry’s efforts and support to enhance human capabilities in the industrial sector and to meet the growing needs of the labor market. He also confirmed that the program would have a significant impact on qualifying outstanding talents to develop the sector and make it a fundamental pillar in the national industry and economy. This step is part of the transformation strategy adopted by the company in recent years.
