Riyadh Cement signed a contract with Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. on September 14, 2026, to implement the Industrial Lighthouses Project.

Riyadh Cement was represented at the signing ceremony by its Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Salah bin Rashid Al-Rashed.

The project aims to enhance operational processes through the adoption of digital technologies and Fourth Industrial Revolution applications, including automation, artificial intelligence, predictive maintenance, and data analytics. It also focuses on optimizing energy consumption to improve productivity, reduce costs, and advance sustainability.

The contract forms part of Riyadh Cement’s operational and digital transformation program, supporting its competitiveness and long-term strategic objectives. Operational and financial benefits are expected to be realized progressively throughout the implementation phases, supported by investments in infrastructure, facilities, and related equipment as required by the project.
