As part of its commitment to strengthening collaboration between the industrial and academic sectors, Riyadh Cement welcomed a student delegation from King Saud University’s College of Science for a field visit to the company’s manufacturing facilities. The visit aimed to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical applications and provide insight into production and operational processes in line with the highest industrial standards.

During the tour, the delegation was introduced to the various stages of cement manufacturing, from raw material extraction and processing to kiln operations, packaging, and distribution. Students also gained exposure to the company’s operational systems, advanced technologies used to enhance production efficiency and quality assurance, as well as occupational safety practices and environmental sustainability measures implemented across its facilities.

The visit reflects Riyadh Cement’s ongoing efforts to strengthen partnerships with educational institutions and provide students with a closer understanding of the industrial sector. It also supports the development of national talent capable of meeting labor market demands while reinforcing the company’s role in advancing knowledge-based and practical learning initiatives across the Kingdom.
