Riyadh Cement’s Extraordinary General Assembly (First Meeting) convened its annual meeting at 6:30 PM on Monday, 20 April 2026, corresponding to 03 Dhu Al-Qi’dah 1447 AH. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Mr. Salah bin Rashid Al-Rashed and attended by members of the Board of Directors.

The meeting commenced with a welcoming address delivered by the Chairman, who expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the company’s shareholders and Board members. This was followed by a review of the agenda items and the opportunity for shareholders to vote on all proposed resolutions.

The Assembly concluded after discussing and voting on all agenda items, reaffirming the company’s commitment to advancing its business objectives and creating long-term value for its shareholders.
