Riyadh Cement Strengthens Afforestation and Environmental Sustainability Efforts in Tabuk

As part of its ongoing efforts to expand vegetation cover and promote environmental sustainability across the Kingdom, Riyadh Cement Company has provided 2,500 seedlings of Sidr and Najdi Talh trees to Tabuk Concrete Company for Cement Products for planting at the Tabuk Crushers Complex. The initiative aims to increase green spaces and improve environmental conditions surrounding industrial sites.

This initiative reflects Riyadh Cement’s commitment to expanding cooperation with industrial entities, in coordination with Esnad Company to facilitate the distribution of seedlings to licensed and qualified entities for planting. It also supports afforestation efforts and promotes the use of native plant species suited to Saudi Arabia’s environment, building on the Company’s ongoing commitment to sustainable practices and contributing to the objectives of the Saudi Green Initiative.

These efforts form part of Riyadh Cement’s goal to contribute to planting one million trees by 2030, reaffirming its commitment to supporting national initiatives aimed at expanding vegetation cover and strengthening the industrial sector’s role in environmental protection and long-term sustainability.
